John B. Wood, Chairman
Mr. Wood is former President and CEO of High Impact Solutions, LLC which has advised governments and private industry clients regarding global funding and business development solutions across a wide variety of industries and in countries including China, Mexico, Canada and members of the European Union.

Mr. Wood began his career as an investment banker, being the youngest Vice President at two major bulge bracket investment firms (Smith Barney and Kidder Peabody). Over the past 28 years Mr. Wood has acted as lead banker or financial advisor on over $8 billion of project, corporate, public and public/private partnership financings. During his career Mr. Wood has developed relationships with a global network of political and industry leaders and is considered a pioneer in the financing of public/private partnerships.

Mr. Wood has been a Managing Founder of four industry leading, start up ventures over the course of his career in finance. This experience includes serving as a founder and the Managing Partner of Acquisitions for one of the largest union commercial/industrial electrical contracting firms in the United States and a principle role in one of the largest real estate development/syndication firms in the United States. He has also directed the financing and development of a leading government contact center provider and a company which aggregates capital equipment for state and local governments utilizing an internet platform. He is currently engaged as financial advisor for several best in class alternative energy technology companies including E3, LLC (for which Mr. Wood placed senior debt which was recognized as having the best terms of any biofuel development in the US in 2006) and International Environmental Solutions, Inc., which has developed a primary technology designated by One Planet for commercial development.

Mr. Wood holds Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting from Missouri State University.
