Miguel
(Mike) Roca
Mr. Roca is Publisher of El Vocero which is one of the largest
newspaper publications in the Caribbean. El Vocero reaches every city
in Puerto Rico outselling the local competition in many of them. The
newspaper also has abridged editions which are distributed in New York,
Miami and Chicago.
Gaspar Roca, Mike’s father, was responsible for most, if not all,
of the successful freedom of information judicial cases in Puerto Rico
and was the founder of El Vocero.
Mr. Roca
grew up in a prominent Puerto Rican family and is very familiar with
most of the government and industrial leaders in Puerto Rico. His knowledge
of the local politics, customs and business practices combined with
his extensive contacts on the island, make him an ideal local partner
for One Planet’s business development efforts in Puerto Rico.

Jinraj
Joshipura
Local Consultant, Puerto Rico
Mr. Joshipura holds Master’s of Science degrees in energy, environment
& economics and computer science from MIT and a Bachelor’s
of Science in architectural engineering from CEPT in India. He has also
completed courses of study at Harvard University and Babson College.
Jinraj
wrote his thesis at MIT on the subjects of energy, power generation
and biofuels in 1993 and has received numerous professional awards and
distinctions such as Design for Six Sigma, Six Sigma Sponsor and the
MIT Starr Foundation and Avalon Tuition Fellowships. Mr. Joshipura has
acted as an executive or consultant to major corporations and governments
including Citibank, IBM, EMC2, The University of Tokyo and The World
Bank.
Mr. Joshipura
is currently a consultant for the Puerto Rico Industrial Development
Company (“PRIDCO”) and is an expert on economic development
incentives in Puerto Rico. He is also very familiar with senior management
of large companies who have manufacturing facilities on the island.
Mr. Joshipura
will act as One Planet’s official representative in Puerto Rico
and be responsible for assisting One Planet in its negotiations with
governmental and industrial entities in Puerto Rico.
