Elliot Stein, Jr.
Mr. Stein became a director of Apollo Investment Corporation in March 2004 (NASDAQ:AINV). Mr. Stein has served as chairman of Caribbean International News Corporation since 1985. He is also a managing director of Commonwealth Capital Partners as well as various private companies including VTG Holdings Inc. and Cloud Solutions, LLC. Mr. Stein is a trustee of Claremont Graduate University and the New School University and is a member of the Board of Councilors of the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Ambassador Edward Romero
Edward Romero is a former US Ambassador to Spain appointed by President Clinton. Mr. Romero is a leading Hispanic business leader and has founded numerous business, charitable and government entities and has served on the board of numerous profit and non-profit organizations including the Board of Directors of Bank of America Corporation. Ambassador Romero served as Chairman of Governor Bill Richardson’s Presidential Exploratory Committee and is currently actively involved in the Democratic National Committee. Ambassador Romero recently founded Romero Energy, LLC an energy development company in New Mexico which is wholly-owned by his family and will work in cooperation with One Planet regarding governmental affairs and in project locations which have Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements.

Dennis M. Langley
Mr. Langley is considered a pioneer in the clean energy industry and has always been on the cutting edge of developments in the energy industry. Mr. Langley has engineered, developed, owned and operated over $2 billion of energy infrastructure projects.

Mr. Langley founded and was the sole shareholder of Kansas Pipeline Company which was the first deregulated, interstate natural gas pipeline company in the United States. Mr. Langley built the pipeline to over 3,000 miles and sold the company in 1999 for a personal profit of over $225 million.

Mr. Langley gained Capital Hill experience as Counsel to the US Senate Judiciary Committee and as Chief Staffer for Senator Joseph Biden of Delaware. He holds JD and BS degrees from Catholic University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, was voted outstanding male of his class and won the national debate championship.

Gregory J. Orman
Greg Orman is currently a managing director for Denali Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota which is active in the alernative energy and other targeted growth sectors.

Mr. Orman is the past CEO and President of KLT Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Plains Energy, Inc., a Fortune 1000 energy holding company headquartered in Kansas City, MO. During his three year

tenure at KLT from January of 2000 to December of 2002, Mr. Orman increased after tax return on equity from 1.3% to 24%. Prior to assuming the role at KLT, Mr. Orman was President of KLT Energy Services, Inc., a subsidiary of KLT. While running KLT Energy Services, Mr. Orman increased after tax return on equity from 8.6% in 1996 to 33.8% in 1999. During 2003 both KLT and KLT Energy Services had record years in terms of return on equity, revenues and net income.

In 1997, Mr. Orman Chaired and founded (with Mr. Wood) Nationwide Electric, Inc., a highly successful consolidator of electrical contractors which quickly grew to become one of the largest commercial/industrial electrical contracting companies in the US. From 1992 until its sale in 1997, Mr. Orman was Chairman and CEO of Environmental Lighting Concepts, Inc. (“ELC”), a specialty electrical contractor which he cofounded.  During Mr. Orman’s tenure, ELC achieved operating margins that were more than twice industry averages, had compound earnings growth in excess of 200% and achieved profitability within three quarters.

Mr. Orman has also been the founder and managing partner of numerous real estate partnerships all of which have had positive returns to their investors with an average return on equity in excess of 45%

Mr. Orman was an associate at McKinsey & Company and graduated with high honors from Princeton University.
